  • We originally began working with BEW as part of our installation of Concur. I had very limited resources on my side and need some extra help. Given some issue we had on the Concur side, I can honestly say that the roll-out would not have been as successful as it was had it not been for BEW. Their knowledge of Concur and their ability to listen to and understand our needs was critical to the success of the project.
  • As we rolled out Concur, I used BEW to run all of our on-line training programs. Given the size and complexity of my organization, this took a little over a year to complete. Again, they did an excellent job with this.
  • After we finished the roll-out we brought up the American Express link. Again, BEW is heavily involved in this and a big part of its success.
  • We recently brought up ReportNet and I rely on BEW to program reports as they are requested by our users.
  • On a day-to-day basis we use BEW for:
  • Help Desk support
  • Back end audit
  • Concur support
